Solution: Dissolved air flotation and biochemical treatment system.
a. Wastewater is collected by collecting pipe network.
b. Wastewater flows automatically to bar screen channel, and the large ground meat, floating matters and wool would be removed by the coarse bar screen.
c. Wastewater would enter the primary sedimentation tank through oil separation tank for sedimentation of non-dissolved matters.
d. Wastewater flows automatically into the regulating tank which homogenizes the water flow and quality.
e. Through sewage pump, water would enter the dissolve air flotation machine to remove the suspended organic and oily matters.
f. Wastewater flows automatically into the disinfection tank, in which the bacillus coli would be removed through chlorine dioxide generated by the chlorine dioxide generation device.
g. Water enters into the microbial biochemical treatment system, and through biological absorption and degradation, the remaining pollutant would be removed.
h. Water enters into the secondary sedimentation tank, in which the biological membrane falls off form the filling material would settle down.
i. The sludge form primary and secondary sedimentation tank and the slag from the dissolved air flotation machine would be discharged into the sludge storage tank and would be dewatered and carried away regularly.
