Combustion process flow
1.The sorted garbage enters the combustion chamber in batches at the scheduled time.
2.By controlling the air intake, the garbage is dried, thermally-decomposed and burned out in the primary combustion chamber, and the ash and some small particles that cannot be thermally-decomposed are discharged out of the oven through the ash discharge device.
3.The flue gas generated during drying and thermal decomposition enters the secondary combustion chamber.
4.The combustible gas is discharged to the subsequent treatment process after full combustion and decomposition at more than 850 degrees Celsius for 2 seconds.
Flue gas treatment process
1.The high temperature gas discharged from the secondary combustion chamber is reduced from 850°C to 180°C in 2 seconds under the action of the smoke quench tower, effectively passing through the secondary synthesis conditions of dioxins, followed by synchronous desulfurization and deacidification under the action of special nozzle atomization.
2.The desulphurized gas cooled by the quench tower is effectively separated from the particles in the gas and the large particles produced in the deacidification process through the action of the cyclone dust collector.
3.The discharged flue gas can effectively absorb the residual dust, fine particles, dioxins and other components in the gas through the high temperature pulse bag dust collector, and effectively ensure the tail gas treatment standards.
4.Under the action of the induced draft fan, the flue gas filtered by the bag dust collector is discharged by the discharge chimney.
