Product Description

HLPG series animal carcass incinerator is provided with the currently most advanced incineration way, primary pyrolysis gasification + co-firing of surrounding wind + secondary incineration + burnout treatment.

Main Features

1) Diesel / Natural Gas / LPG / all can be used as fuel. Both gas-motivated and oil-motivated all can be preferred according to customers' needs.

2) Gasified incineration is used for burning small animals, like pet dogs and pet chicken, the big animal like pigs, cows and horses.

3) Totally enclosed operation is suitable for treating infectious waste to avoid secondary pollution.

Product Application

A. Medical waste: Syringes, neddles, gloves, straps, gauze, blood vessels, organs and other infectious waste.

B. Industrial waste(polymer waste): Plastic PE, PU, rubber (tire), Styrofoam, PET bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, bags, resin, acrylic, leather, Woodflour, urea powder, melon cloth, tapes, paints, polymers and so on.

C. Domestic waste : Cardboard, paper scraps, sawdust, leaves and so on.

D. Special waste: Waste oil, waste solvents, oil sludge, ash dust, iron paint, mold filter residue and so on.

E. Animal carcass cremation: Pet, dog,chicken, cow, pig and so on.

Working Principle

Primary pyrolysis gasifying

Organic matters in the waste would be decomposed into combustible gas in pyrolysis gasifying method.

Mixing combustion

The temperature of secondary combustion chamber should be controlled above 850, and the residency time more than 2s.

Secondary combustion

Turbulent combustion would remove black smoke and peculiar smell thoroughly. Dioxin and other toxic and harmful objects would be inhibited to produce from the source.

Working principle: 3T + E
The incineration temperature keeps above 850 continuously to ensure the discharged flue gas smokeless and odorless.
